When do I pay?
Payment is due on your hire’s start date. If we don’t fill the role, you pay nothing.
Is the fee based on base salary or total compensation?
Only the first year’s salary, i.e. $100,000 base salary is a $20,000 fee.
Is there an upfront fee or retainer?
No.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
We offer a 90 day replacement guarantee.
Do you charge more for senior roles?
We do not. Our pricing is standard.
How fast will I see candidates?
First candidates within two to five business days.
