Inclusions: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep Builder, and one Creator license of Tableau Server.

Tableau Explorer

This plan gives a user access to explore trusted data and answer their own questions faster with full self-service analytics.

Tableau Cloud (Hosted by Tableau)

$42 monthly for every user which is billed annually.

Inclusions: one Explorer license of Tableau Cloud.

Tableau Server (On-Premise)

$35 monthly for every user which is billed annually.

Inclusions: one Explorer license of Tableau Server.

Tableau Viewer

This plan gives a user access to view and interact with dashboards and visualizations in a secure, easy-to-use platform

Tableau Cloud (Hosted by Tableau)

$42 monthly for every user which is billed annually.

Inclusions: one Viewer license of Tableau Cloud.

Tableau Server (On-Premise)

$12 monthly for every user which is billed annually.

Inclusions: one Viewer license of Tableau Server.

The Tableau cost for Enterprise Plan Is calculated based on the number of users that is needed by your enterprise. If an Enterprise will be in need of 1 Creator, 5 Explorer, and 10 Viewers – each will be multiplied by the cost of each user billed annually.

Here is a sample calculation:

1 Creator x $70 x 12 = $840

5 Explorer x $42 x 12 =  $2,520

10 Viewer x $15 x 12 = $1,800

The total Tableau Cost will be $5,160 before tax for an annual agreement. You also have the option to have access on their web-based training which costs $10 for Creator and $5 for explorer for every user every month that is also billed annually.
