  • Family Plan: for households – $203.88 for up to 6 users
  • Professional Plan: for solo workers – $198.96 for 1 user

The following plans are billed per user per month:

  • Standard Plan: for growing teams – $15 per user (3+ users)
  • Advanced Plan: for complex teams – $25 per user (3+ users)

Dropbox offers a free trial of the Professional, Standard and Advanced Plans.

The Plus Plan, at $119.88 per year for 1 user, comes with the following features:

The Family Plan, at $203.88 per year for up to 6 users, includes all Plus Plan features, as well as:

The Professional Plan, at $198.96 per year, includes all Family Plan features, as well as:

  • 3 TB of storage
  • 180-day file recovery

  • Advanced sharing controls 
  • Up to 100 GB file delivery with Dropbox Transfer 

The Standard Plan, at $15 per user per month, has the following features:

  • 5 TB of storage
  • External sharing controls
  • Easy to use content protection
  • 180-day file recovery 
  • 180-day account recovery
  • Automatic back ups directly to the cloud

The Advanced Plan, at $24 per user per month, includes everything from the Standard plan, as well as the following features:

  • Always-on security monitoring
  • Up to 100 GB file delivery with Dropbox Transfer 
  • Ransomware detection and recovery

Dropbox Enterprise Pricing 

The Dropbox Enterprise Plan is intended for large organizations. It caters to 3+ users and as much space as needed. 

This plan includes everything in the Advanced Plan, plus:

  • Integrations with elite security solutions
  • Company-grade visibility tools
  • Dedicated customer success manager
