Box.com Pricing – Individuals and Teams

Individual – Free for a single user. There are caps on storage but this is a great way to test-drive the product without a financial commitment.

Personal Pro – One user with 10x the storage as free has monthly pricing at $14 per user, per month or $120 per user, per year on an annual agreement.

Business Starter – For small teams looking to get started with Box, Box pricing is $21 per user per month or $180 for three users, per year. Box.com Enterprise Plus Pricing

Box.com Pricing for the Enterprise Plus option stands out because it requires a minimum of 35 users to qualify. The price is customized and starts at $55 per month, likely on an annual agreement. The minimum cost to get started with the Box Enterprise Plus option is $1,925 per month or $23,1000 per year. Box.com costs are quite high given the minimums but it makes sense because the Enterprise Plus options would naturally favor larger customers. If you’re an SMB, the key features offered in the enterprise plus plan don’t make sense for a typical SMB.
