Are you wondering about Aircall pricing and plans? Not all of their pricing is available on their website. Find out the details of Aircall’s plans here, including their custom plan.
What is Aircall?
Aircall is cloud-based call center software. Customer support and sales teams can use Aircall to deal with large numbers of customers. Aircall uses VoIP to make calls over an internet connection. It’s cheaper than installing physical hardware and phone systems since you won’t need any maintenance or IT techs. You can just use the software in a browser or download an app. Another benefit is that it allows teams to work virtually without being physically present in an office.
Aircall Pricing
Aircall pricing has three tiers. Their Essentials plan is sufficient to cover varied customer service and sales team needs. The Professional plan includes more advanced features, while their Custom plan could be considered Aircall’s enterprise-level plan. Let’s take a closer look at Aircall’s two standard plans, then we’ll dive into a closer look at the Custom plan and pricing.
Aircall Pricing Plans
The Essentials Aircall pricing plan has a minimum of 3 users. If you pay for an annual subscription, it will cost $30 per month per user. However, if you’d like to go on a month-by-month basis, you’ll pay $40 per user.
Some features included in Aircall’s Essentials plan are unlimited inbound calls (except for toll-free calls), access to APIs, sending and receiving SMS, and other basic call center functions such as call recording and click-to-dial.
What about the Professional plan? This Aircall pricing plan also has a minimum of 3 users. Billed annually, it costs $50 per user per month. For a monthly plan, you’ll pay $70 per month for each user license.
You’ll get all the features included in the Essentials plan, as well as integrations with other software platforms such as Salesforce. The Professional plan also includes advanced analytics and call monitoring, plus advanced support and sales features such as a power dialer, which automatically calls the next number on a list when a sales or customer service rep finishes a call.
Both of these plans come with one local or toll-free number. Any additional phone numbers cost $6 each. Inbound calls come with the standard pricing; however, for outbound calls, tailored pricing will apply. The Essentials and Professional plans also include a 7-day free trial for those who would like to try before they buy.
Aircall Enterprise Pricing
Now let’s take a look at Aircall’s Custom plan, which could be considered their enterprise plan. The Custom plan has Analytics Plus, which is a business intelligence tool designed to help large organizations increase productivity. With this extra service, you can manage your team’s performance by zooming in on the call activity through several interactive graphs.
The Custom plan costs $65 per month per user on an annual plan. Month-to-month the plan costs $85 per user. That’s an increase of $15 per user above the Professional plan. Many large sales and customer support businesses may benefit from the detailed reporting and productivity boost that comes with the Custom plan.
