Free eSign

The first PandaDoc pricing plan is the Free eSign option, which comes at no cost to the user and includes the basics that PandaDoc has to offer. The Free eSign option includes unlimited legally binding eSignatures, unlimited document uploads, access to payments, and access to the mobile app. The Free eSign option is best for users looking to upload, send for eSignature, and collect payment for as many documents as they’d like.

Essentials

The second PandaDoc pricing plan is the Essentials option. The Essentials plan is priced at $29 per month if using a monthly plan, or at a discounted price of $19 per month if the user chooses an annual payment plan. The Essentials plan includes all features associated with the Free eSign option, as well as access to templates, rich media drag and drop document editor, pricing tables, document analytics, and 24/7 e-mail and chat support. The Essentials plan is best for users looking to create documents with templates or the built-in editor, and for users looking to collect eSignatures and track documents in real-time as well.

Business

The third PandaDoc pricing plan is the Business option. The Business plan is priced at $59 per month if using a monthly plan, or at a discounted price of $49 per month if the user chooses an annual payment plan. The Business Plan includes all features found in the Free eSign and Essentials options, but also includes CRM and Zapier integrations, a content library, custom branding, and approval workflows. The Business plan also includes additional forms and bulk send for a small upcharge. The Business plan is best for users who are looking to connect their CRM and workflow automation workflows from creation to eSignature.

Enterprise

The fourth PandaDoc pricing plan is the Enterprise option. The Enterprise option is priced depending on the specific needs of the customer after PandaDoc conducts an evaluation of the user’s needs. The Enterprise Plan includes all features found within the Free eSign, Essentials, and Business plans, but also includes SSO support and custom user roles, unlimited number of team workspaces, Salesforce integration, user performance and content reporting, and API. The Enterprise option is for teams that require more capabilities including integrations and API.
