If you need software to help you create business proposals, you should consider Proposify; here’s everything you need to know about the various offerings and Proposify pricing plans.

What is Proposify?

Businesses should consider streamlining their proposals using the tools and templates that Proposify offers. Pre-made templates are provided, as well as the opportunity to make them yourself.

This software can be beneficial for web design companies and startups as it automates tasks for the sales and marketing teams. Users can easily track their proposal’s progress, receive insights, and even determine who’s viewing their documents via the Metrics tab.

The Proposify pricing differs depending on which of the two plans you choose.

The Team Plan is appropriate for a small business with a small sales team as it is charged per user. Once the team reaches 10 people, the Business Plan consists of one set annual fee.

Here are the different Proposify pricing models:

  • Team Plan: $49 per month per user, billed quarterly or annually.
  • Business Plan: $590 per month for teams of 10+, billed annually.

Proposify offers a 14 day free trial of the Team Plan. Even after the trial period, clients can view and accept proposals that have been sent to them.

Proposify Pricing Plans

The Team Plan, at $49 per person per month, comes with the following features:

  • Users can make an unlimited number of documents.
  • The forms’ fields are customizable.
  • Integrations available for all standard tools and applications (excluding Salesforce).

The Business Plan, at $590 per month for 10+ people, includes all Team Plan features. It also has additional features to benefit from:

  • Onboarding services and premium support.
  • Integration with Salesforce.
  • Ability to set user permissions, role sign-off, notifications and reminders.

Proposify Enterprise Pricing 

Proposify is intended for small, growing businesses. Businesses are recommended to begin with the free trial, use the Team Plan as they scale, and then upgrade to the Business Plan once they have reached 10 users. 

If your business is larger and reaches up to 100 seats, you can contact a Proposify sales representative about an “Enterprise” plan. They will be able to advise on how they can specifically tailor a plan appropriate to the company. Unfortunately, there is currently no specific Enterprise offering at this time.

Proposify Product Comparison

Better Proposals is an online proposal software similar to Proposify. 

Although there isn’t a free trial available, it is favorable compared to Proposify pricing:

  • Starter: $19 per month per user 
  • Premium: $29 per month per user 
  • Enterprise: $49 per month per user 

Although Better Proposals doesn’t offer a CRM tool, it does provide Salesforce integration. It is also a viable and popular option for freelancers, while Proposify is not.
