Combined Sales and Service Cloud Pricing

What about organizations that need to connect service with sales? Salesforce has some combined plans to meet this need.

The Professional plan costs $100 per user per month. In addition to the features available on the Professional Service Cloud plan, you’ll also have access to sales contracts & quotes.

The Enterprise plan costs $175 a month for each user. The extra features included in the service aspect are similar to the Professional plan, although you’ll have the option to include several extras. For example, opportunity scoring allows you to analyze data and make conversion predictions.

Finally, the Unlimited plan for Sales & Service costs $325 per month for each license. All available service and sales features are included in the plan with no extra fees.

Pricing for Salesforce Service Cloud starts at $25 per month, per user which is billed on an annual basis. Price increases up to $100 per user, per month, $175 per user, per month, and up to $325 per user, per month, all plans are billed annually.
